The term "MOD" originates from "modification," referring to customizations made by individuals who want to tailor their watches to suit their personal preferences or requirements. These modifications can range from subtle aesthetic tweaks to intricate technical alterations.
Seiko watches are especially popular for modifications due to the extensive availability of spare parts. This abundance allows for a broad spectrum of customizations, ensuring that each watch is one-of-a-kind.
Each custom timepiece is hand-built according to your chosen design and specifications. To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time of 3-4 weeks from the date of order to dispatch. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure your watch is crafted to your utmost satisfaction. Please note, all orders placed through our webstore are subject to the given lead time, even if the item is shown as "in stock."
International Orders: Typically take around 10 days to be delivered, though this can vary depending on unavoidable circumstances faced by the delivery partner.
Every watch made in our workshop includes a complimentary one-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operational issues under normal usage conditions.
Please note that this warranty does not cover scratches, damage caused by opening the watch, or water resistance problems. Our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities, so we recommend avoiding these to ensure your watch's longevity.
The warranty exclusively covers movement-related defects.
Our watches are designed with a water resistance rating of 3 ATM, which makes them suitable for everyday use and able to withstand splashes or brief immersion in water.
